Day #2 log

Food:

1 raisin cheese roll
chicken with rice and veggies
Fillet of sole, sauteed with garlic
challah and hummus
chicken soup with 2 small matzo balls
1 piece roast chicken thigh

Sleep: ok, for once

No exercise, just a 15 min walk

Got some work done, as well as an important medical appointment
